Grandma Ginger shared her love of biking with our family and the Kay family this afternoon as she chaperoned a family bike ride from her house to Spring Lake Park. Grandma wanted us to see firsthand the newly finished bike trail through the woods. It was quite nice.
Once at the park we explored the area, played a family game of soccer, the boys tossed the football around, and we ate a picnic lunch.
The kids and Grandma also flew kites for a bit. Adeline wasn't so successful, but it was cute to watch her run around dragging the kite behind her.
Buddy and Careline had better success.
